Housing and Energy Services
Housing and Energy Services administers the Weatherization Assistance Program – a program that helps low-income households lower their utility bills by making homes more energy efficient. As grant funds are available, Housing and Energy Services operates other programs for the home, such as RESTORE, HOME and EMPOWER.
Our office is located at 588 Morrison Street, Watertown. We are open Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
